$19-$21 per hour TLC Family Care is hiring dependable and caring Babysitters and Childcare Providers to provide in-home childcare for families throughout the Alpharetta area. Pay & Benefits Weekly direct deposit every Friday $19/hour for 1-2 children $20/hour for 3 children $21/hour for 4 children Paid Time Off (1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked) Free telehealth primary care 401(k) with company match after eligibility Referral bonuses and travel incentives 24/7 caregiver support Schedule We're looking for caregivers who can: Work at least 3 weekdays (Monday-Friday) Be available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Work 8-10 hour shifts Commit for at least 3 months Responsibilities Provide attentive, in-home childcare Plan fun and age-appropriate activities Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines Create a safe and nurturing environment Support children's learning and development through play Communicate with parents throughout the day Qualifications At least 1 year of childcare experience (babysitting, nannying, daycare, preschool, or similar) Two professional childcare references CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Join TLC Family Care and make a difference doing what you love—we can't wait to meet you!
