Westside Atlanta family near Howell Mill Road is looking for a full-time nanny for their infant daughter. The hours are 7 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday. The family describes themselves as very logical minded and laid-back. Both parents work in and out of the home and have been very clear that when they're working in the home they are in essence at work and have no intention of micromanaging, allowing the nanny full autonomy. The family does travel and would like a nanny that can travel with them. They spend one month a year in Puerto Rico and would love someone that could come the whole duration or at least some of their trip. The pay is between $32 and $35 per hour DOA with overtime paid at time and a half. They offer two weeks paid vacation, paid sick days, paid federal holidays and mileage reimbursement. One must have for this family is a nanny that has their Tdap, gets their yearly flu shot, has at least the first two Covid initial vaccinations with preference given to someone that has their boosters. They strongly prefer a Spanish-speaking nanny and someone that has a degree, certifications or experience in educating young minds either through preschool, daycare or a track record of experience in the home. Start date is November and they may be able to start someone in a part-time capacity earlier than that depending on the candidate. Please only apply if you meet the vaccination requirements.
