Job Description
Job Summary Aloha! We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcar—ages 2-5. This role involves engaging children in educational activities, ensuring their safety, and maintaining a clean and organized space.
•Must have nanny / child care experience Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development. Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to play and learn. Maintain cleanliness in the play areas and prepare healthy meals or snacks as needed. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns. Implement first aid procedures when necessary to ensure the well-being of the children. Foster positive relationships with children to encourage trust and emotional security. Requirements Proven experience in babysitting or nannying, particularly with preschool-aged children. Knowledge of child development principles and the ability to educate through play. Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus. Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is required. Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean environment and manage daily schedules effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with both children and parents. A genuine passion for childcare, patience, and a nurturing demeanor are essential qualities for this role.
