• 80 Birch Street, North Liberty, IA 52317 What the job is: You'll work at an elementary school running Champions' before-and-after-school program keeping kids engaged, safe, and having fun between dismissal and pickup.

No teaching credential required. This is a great fit if you're in school for education, child development, or a related field, or just genuinely enjoy working with kids. What you'll do Lead activities and games with school-age kids Create a safe, welcoming space where kids feel seen Communicate with parents and partner with your team Follow Champions curriculum (we train you on everything)

What We're Looking For:

A genuine love for working with children Enthusiastic, positive, and ready to make a difference Great communicator who works well with families and teammates CPR/First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain

• we will pay for it) Must be able to pass a background screening. No prior credential needed
• we support you in meeting Iowa's training requirements on the job and we pay for the screenings.
