Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate AuPair or Career Nanny to provide exceptional childcare. This role offers an exciting opportunity to nurture children's growth, ensure their safety, and assist with daily routines in a lively, loving environment. The ideal candidate will bring organization, cleanliness, professionalism, and a genuine passion for caring for children. This paid position emphasizes creating a positive, enriching experience for children while maintaining a well-organized household. Duties Provide attentive childcare for an infant and toddler Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises Support children's learning through teaching activities and age-appropriate curriculum implementation Maintain household cleanliness only to the point the children make messes. Someone else cleans, but you must maintain the level of cleanliness already set which is very clean Will not be required to transport children at this time Must be very organized and forward thinking as the family is always on the go (often with the children and caregiver). Job is often fast paced and moves to various locations Requirements MUST BE either a professional AuPair (brought here probably through another agency) OR a professionally trained career nanny Professional seeking a long term employment placement Demonstrated experience caring for multiple children simultaneously with patience and efficiency Minimum of 5,000 hours of professional child care experience Valid certifications in first aid and CPR from recognized organizations Ability to perform cleaning and household chores related to childcare areas Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and other caregivers Reliable personal transportation We have two positions available: part time night nanny and a full time day nanny. The full time position offers the option of live-in with a paid stipend. The pay range is large because of these factors- each candidate will be evaluated based on their and the family's needs to find the best fit for all parties.
