Job Description

The PS-5 Daycare Employee provides supervision and care for students in Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade during the afterschool program (Monday-Thursday) and the morning care program (Wednesday-Friday). This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and engaging environment while supporting students' social, emotional, and academic development through age-appropriate activities, supervised play, and homework assistance.
Qualifications:
Experience working with young children in a school, camp, or childcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage groups of children in a structured setting Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude
