The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsible, and passionate about fostering positive growth and well-being in children. You will play a vital role in supporting families by managing daily routines, engaging children in educational activities, and ensuring their health and safety at all times. Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs and preferences. Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and diaper changes for younger children. Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning toys and children's areas. Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns. Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care when required. Foster positive social interactions by encouraging sharing, cooperation, and respectful communication among children. Skills Proven experience working with children in a nannying, babysitting, daycare, or teaching capacity. Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, preschool activities, and early childhood development principles. Ability to perform first aid procedures confidently and respond effectively in emergency situations. Strong skills in meal preparation tailored to children's nutritional requirements. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Competence in cleaning up after children and maintaining a hygienic environment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers. Passionate about caregiving with a nurturing attitude that promotes trust and safety for children.
