We are seeking a reliable, joyful, and servant-hearted floater to support our classrooms by covering breaks, assisting teachers, providing snacks, and helping maintain a clean and organized center. This role is perfect for someone who loves children, enjoys variety in their day, and finds purpose in serving behind the scenes to support a healthy and thriving learning environment.

Responsibilities Float between classrooms to cover teacher breaks and planning time Prepare and distribute snacks and meals Assist teachers with daily classroom routines and activities Help maintain clean, safe, and organized classrooms and shared spaces Sanitize toys, tables, and surfaces throughout the day Support children with transitions, nap time, bathroom routines, and play Step in wherever needed to help the center run smoothly Model Christ-like love, patience, kindness, and grace Qualifications Love for children and a heart for service Dependable, punctual, and flexible Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Prior childcare experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Must meet Kansas childcare licensing requirements What We Offer Faith-filled, supportive work culture Competitive pay based on experience Paid training and professional development Flexible and engaging daily responsibilities Opportunities for growth within our expanding center Schedule Full-time or part-time opportunities available Monday-Friday Daytime hours
