Duties Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of age-appropriate curriculum focused on early childhood education, including preschool, toddler care, and infant care programs. Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and professional team. Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws, health regulations, safety protocols, and licensing requirements related to childcare centers.
