At The Way PDO & Preschool, we are passionate about providing a nurturing and enriching environment for young children. We are seeking a caring and dependable Part-Time Lead Teacher for our infant classroom and help create a loving, safe, and stimulating atmosphere for our little ones.

Job Responsibilities:

Caring for infants (age 6 weeks to 1 year old ) Support daily routines, including feeding, diaper changes, and naptime Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote development Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Follow all daycare safety and health regulations Communicate effectively with staff and parents

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with infants in a daycare, babysitting, or similar setting (preferred) A warm, patient, and nurturing attitude Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on the floor with infants CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Must pass background check

Schedule:
