We are looking for Preschool caregiver to support the Lead Teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. This position helps meet the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive needs of children while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Responsibilities Assist in the daily care and supervision of children. Support feeding, diapering, toileting, and nap routines. Help create a warm, loving, and responsive environment for children. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized classroom. Follow all licensing regulations, health standards, and center policies. Remain in constant communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children. Assist with classroom preparation, activities, and transition throughout the day. Observe children's progress, behavior, and needs. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times. Collaborate with other co-workers. Help maintain accurate records as required by the school. Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Skills Proven experience in Early Childhood. Excellent knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods Patience, flexibility and love for children Strong communication and time management skills Certificate in first aid and
