Job Description

A friendly family in Dover, MA is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny to care for their baby who will be about 3 months old when the job starts. This live-out position is ideal for an experienced, professional caregiver who is confident with infants and excited to grow with a family over time. Requirements At least 21 years old 3+ years of professional childcare experience (infant experience required) CPR / First Aid certified Tdap vaccination required Non-smoker Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable with dogs (two small dogs) Reliable, organized, and highly dependable Responsibilities Provide attentive, safety-focused care for an infant Handle feeding (bottle feeding and/or support with breastfeeding) Burp, diaper, and soothe the baby Maintain a consistent sleep schedule and calm daily routine Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities (tummy time, reading, etc..) Track feeds, sleep, and developmental milestones Maintain a clean and organized environment for the baby, including: Nursery and play areas Washing bottles and pump parts Baby laundry Prepare simple, healthy meals as the child grows Support early learning and development over time Open to occasional travel (e.g., Cape Cod trips) and additional hours with notice (not required) Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a calm, attentive, and highly reliable professional nanny with strong infant experience. They are proactive, organized, and confident in establishing and maintaining routines.

This person is a strong communicator, safety-minded, and genuinely passionate about working with young children. They are a self-starter who takes initiative and is interested in supporting early childhood development in a thoughtful, engaging way. The family is looking for someone long-term who can grow alongside them. About the Family This is a warm and respectful household where both parents work from home in separate spaces, allowing the nanny autonomy throughout the day. The family values professionalism, clear communication, and a calm, structured environment.

They maintain a fragrance-free home and would appreciate a nanny who is mindful of this and comfortable using fragrance-free products. The family also has two small, friendly dogs.
Position Details Start Date:
July 1, 2026 (flexible)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM•7:00 PM (approximately 60 hours/week)
Compensation:
$32•36/hour (based on experience; taxes withheld) Benefits 2 weeks paid vacation 1 week paid sick time Paid holidays Negotiable healthcare stipend

$32.00•$36.00 per hour
