Full and Part Time Babysitters Needed

Jovie of Concord, Newton, Wellesley, Metrowest, South Shore, and Rhode Island is hiring creative, energetic, and reliable sitters to provide in-home childcare for families in our community! If you enjoy working with children, spending time outdoors, building forts, creating art projects, and engaging in imaginative play—this is the perfect role for you. With Jovie, you'll make a difference in children's lives, support families, and do meaningful work every day. We are hiring caregivers in the Framingham, Natick, Wellesley, Wayland area. What You'll Do Care for children ages infant-12+ in their homes (within a 30-mile radius). Work between the hours of 7:00 AM

• 7:00 PM Monday through Friday Weekend hours are between 7am
• 10pm and Sunday 8am
• 7pm.

Create safe, engaging, and fun environments through play, crafts, and outdoor activities. Leave homes tidy and organized. Communicate effectively with both parents and children. Share your availability—we handle the scheduling for you!. Compensation & Benefits $22-24/hr , based on experience (biweekly direct deposit). Paid onboarding and orientation. Sitter bag with supplies for fun, successful days. Fully vetted families for safe, healthy work environments. Ongoing support from a dedicated staffing manager. Creative, caring, organized, and fun. Available full-time (30+ hours/week) Experience with all ages, including infants Requirements 2+ years childcare experience (infant care a plus). At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S. Reliable personal vehicle. Willing/able to commute up to 30 miles. CPR certified (or willing to complete reimbursed online course). Able to pass a background check (including driving history). Comfortable with active, hands-on play indoors and outdoors.
