We are currently seeking an individual to full fil an administrative/account receivable role. We are looking for a person who is a team player with a positive attitude and is dependable and willing to learn and grow with a company that values dedication, excellent work ethics, and respect for teammates, families, and the amazing communities we service. Minimum Qualification:
Minimum 6 months related experience Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office Programs (Particularly Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, writing skills, public relations skills, and telephone manner Previous experience in providing service to the public in an office setting Strong attention to detail Knowledge of childcare settings
Job Responsibilities:
Data Entry Billing Collections of payments Run bi-weekly payroll Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices Maintain records Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential Work with families to resolve issues Filing, communicating with clients Answer phone Any help needed in a classroom occasionally Any related activities will be discussed and trained.
