Job Summary:

Kiddie Academy of Bel Air-James Run has an exciting leadership opportunity for an energetic, organized and inspiring professional to join us as our Director. This position allows you to lead a team of qualified teachers and administrative staff in providing the best learning and development experience for children and their families. You'll have the opportunity to combine your ECE experience with business management skills to influence the operations of the Academy. Job Responsibilities:

Effectively operates and manages all aspects of a childcare facility, to include enrollment building, family retention, human resources, marketing and quality assurance. Trains and develops the teaching staff to provide creative, age-appropriate programs to all children served at the academy. Actively develops and maintains positive customer/community relations. Maintains high-capacity utilization and manages all resources effectively and within budget. Establishes strong working relationships with state licensing authorities.

Qualifications:

An associate's degree in early childhood with at least 15 semester hours of approved coursework or a bachelor's degree in any field Must meet or exceed state licensure requirements for a preschool director At least 2 years of experience as a director of a childcare facility preferred About Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care The Kiddie Academy® Educational Child Care system has been preparing young minds for future success since its founding in 1981. Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
