Compensation:

$125,000-$140,000+ (DOE) Interviewing Now!

Location:

Bethesda, MD Live-In Accommodations (if applicable): Private bedroom with en suite bath, kitchenette, and family vehicle access.

Two girls, ages 4 years old and 10 years old

Description of Children:

The family has two bright, loving daughters who thrive in a nurturing and engaging environment. The 10-year-old is a confident and articulate fourth grader who enjoys reading, guitar lessons, horseback riding, and taekwondo. She has ADHD (managed with medication) and a peanut allergy, and is currently adjusting to a new school. The 4-year-old is spunky, creative, and affectionate. She loves art, dancing, and pop-up creative classes, and will soon begin ballet.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:30 PM (approximately 55 hours per week) with two consecutive days off weekly. Flexibility required.

Description:

A warm, professional family in Bethesda is seeking a bilingual nanny who speaks Italian fluently to provide high-quality care for their two daughters. The girls are bright, affectionate, and thrive in a nurturing and engaging environment. The family values collaboration, open communication, and consistency within a loving home. The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, and emotionally intelligent, with the confidence to make sound decisions and the ability to work in partnership with parents and other household staff.

Responsibilities Include:

Providing attentive, developmentally focused care for both children, often one-on-one Managing morning and afternoon routines, including school drop-offs and pick-ups Overseeing extracurricular activities, playdates, and after-school programs Supporting homework and educational enrichment (not a requirement but helpful) Collaborating with parents, tutors, and the family's other nanny Maintaining a shared family calendar and communicating effectively using digital tools Handling children's laundry, meal prep, and light tidying related to the children Ordering groceries online and running occasional errands Supervising swimming and driving as needed Collaborating closely with parents and other staff to maintain a positive, organized household

Requirements:

Fluent in Italian & English Minimum of 5+ years of professional nanny experience Valid driver's license (family car provided or may use own vehicle) CPR + First Aid certified or willing to certify Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed Organized, dependable, and a proactive communicator
