Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Little Hands Daycare and Learning Center are seeking a dynamic and strategic Center Director to lead and oversee the operations of our educational center. In this pivotal role, you will drive the vision, growth, and excellence of the center by managing daily activities, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the achievement of institutional goals. Your leadership will inspire staff, engage students, and build strong relationships with community partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about education administration and management to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant academic setting. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center's educational and operational objectives, aligning with organizational mission and vision Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality programs and services Lead, manage, and support staff including faculty, administrative personnel, and student services teams to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements related to education administration Cultivate relationships with university partners, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote the center's growth and reputation Monitor program quality through regular assessment, student feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives Promote a positive campus culture that emphasizes leadership development, diversity, inclusion, and student success Requirements Proven experience in management within an educational or university setting with a focus on administration or leadership roles Strong background in strategic planning and budgeting to effectively allocate resources and meet organizational goals Demonstrated expertise in education administration, including curriculum oversight or teaching experience at the university level Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational change Knowledge of university policies, accreditation processes, and compliance standards relevant to higher education institutions Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders including staff, students, faculty, and external partners Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred Join us as a Center Director, where your leadership will shape the future of education within our community.
