Company Overview St. John's Learning Center is a dedicated Child Care Center and Preschool committed to nurturing young minds and providing a safe, enriching environment for children to grow and learn. Summary We are seeking a passionate Childcare Provider to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the early development of children, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering their growth through engaging activities. Responsibilities Provide attentive care for children, ensuring their safety and comfort. Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance to encourage positive interactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for all children. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs. Keep accurate records of children's activities, progress, and any incidents. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required. Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
