This role offers an exciting opportunity to nurture, educate, and assist children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, compassionate, and highly organized, with a passion for fostering a safe, engaging, and loving environment. You will play a vital role in supporting the child's development while ensuring their daily needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Provide attentive childcare for children of different ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, reading, and developmental exercises to promote growth and curiosity Assist with personal transportation to activities, appointments or outings as needed Maintain a clean and organized environment through residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning up after children, laundry, and tidying play areas Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored caregiving strategies and working closely with families or specialists Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, following safety protocols diligently Manage daily routines including nap schedules, diaper changes, potty training, and bedtime routines Collaborate with parents to communicate progress, milestones, or concerns regarding the child's health or development Qualifications Preschool teaching or early childhood education experience required Proven experience working with children across various age groups in nannying or childcare roles Prior experience caring for multiple children simultaneously in private home settings or daycare environments Knowledge of infant care practices including feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and developmental milestones Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with children with disabilities is a plus Strong skills in meal preparation tailored to children's nutritional needs Ability to assist with personal transportation safely and responsibly Experience with household cleaning tasks related to childcare environments such as laundry and tidying play areas Excellent communication skills to work effectively with parents and other caregivers Compassionate caregiving attitude combined with patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for child development Join us in creating a nurturing space where children can thrive!
