As a Medication Technician , you'll play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents. You won't just be administering medications, you'll be a trusted caregiver, a health advocate, and a comforting presence in their daily lives. • $20.17 / hour Reporting To Eileen Santee Key Responsibilities Administer Medications & Treatments
• Pass medications and provide treatments safely according to care plans. Provide Hands-On Care
• Assist residents with personal care (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Support Mealtime
• Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for overall health. Promote Mobility
• Assist with turning, positioning, and safe transfers to keep residents moving safely. Perform Vital Checks
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output. Maintain Comfort & Care
• Keep residents' rooms tidy, cozy, and stocked with essentials. Respond to Resident Needs
• Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate support. Monitor Resident Conditions
• Report any changes to the leadership team immediately. Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality while delivering high-quality care.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Must be 18 years of age or older. 1 year of medication passing experience in a healthcare setting. Previous experience as a caregiver in a healthcare setting, preferably with seniors or in long-term care. Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance.
