Childcare Floater (Flexible Schedule Available) Monday-Friday | $13.75/hour We are hiring a dependable and flexible Childcare Floater to support our team throughout the day. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, and loves working with children of all ages. We have filled all of our summer only hours. We are looking for someone long-term. Apply only if you are available for an in-person interview within 2-3 days. Schedule & Availability Monday-Friday (full-time) or 2-5 days/week Must be available between 6:00 AM

  • 5:30 PM 9:45 AM
  • 5:30 PM 11:00 AM / 12:00 PM
  • 5:30 PM (Hours may vary when covering staff absences) What You'll Do Care for children (infants and up): feeding, diapering, routines Support learning, play, and social development Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Cover staff breaks and assist in different classrooms Help manage behaviors and encourage positive interactions Monitor children's well-being and communicate concerns What We're Looking For Reliable and flexible with strong attendance Enjoys working with children and being part of a team Able to stay active (lifting, moving, engaging with kids) Good communication and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation Requirements 18+ years old High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License or State ID Experience with children preferred Additional Info Background check required ($66.
