Niles, Michigan Labor of Love Nanny Agency is excited to represent a wonderful, easy-going family seeking a warm, dependable, and experienced Professional Infant Nanny to care for their newborn twins. This is an excellent opportunity for a nanny who genuinely enjoys working with infants and is looking to build a long-term relationship with a caring family. Mom is currently on maternity leave and will initially be home to help ensure a smooth transition before returning to work. The family is hoping to find someone who will become a trusted part of their children's lives as they grow. Schedule Monday-Friday Approximately 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM 25-30 guaranteed hours per week Additional hours and potential full-time opportunities available in the future as the family's needs grow. Compensation $22.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience Guaranteed weekly hours Paid Time Off Flexible scheduling when possible W-2 Household Employee Position About the Family Loving family with newborn twins One friendly Mini Goldendoodle (must be comfortable around dogs) Supportive and respectful household Seeking a reliable nanny who enjoys creating a calm, nurturing environment Primary Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving care for newborn twins Bottle preparation and feeding Diapering and maintaining infant hygiene Follow established feeding, sleep, and developmental routines Engage infants with age-appropriate interaction and activities Wash bottles and sanitize feeding supplies Children's laundry Maintain cleanliness and organization of nursery and children's areas Light household tasks related to the children Occasional meal preparation for the children as they grow Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: At least 3 years of professional, paid nanny experience Significant experience caring for newborn infants Experience caring for twins is strongly preferred , but highly qualified infant nannies are encouraged to apply At least three professional childcare references from previous nanny or childcare positions Current Pediatric First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to employment) Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Ability to successfully pass background screening and drug screening Authorization to work in the United States Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Nursing, or related education is welcomed but not required.
