Join our Community Education team as a Kids' Club Site Lead and help make before- and after-school hours the best part of the day! In this role, you'll support the daily operations of the Kids' Club program while helping guide a team of Kids' Club staff. You'll assist with planning engaging activities, supervising students, and ensuring every child feels safe, included, and encouraged to grow. From organizing recess games to helping create activity calendars, you'll play a key role in building programs that boost students' confidence, creativity, and social-emotional development. You'll also collaborate with staff, families, and program leaders to maintain a welcoming environment and ensure smooth site operations. This includes helping train staff, supporting students with diverse needs, assisting with supplies and records, and promoting strong communication across the program.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday between 6:45 AM and 6:00 PM, 8 hour shifts
Pay Range:
$20.76 - $25.85 per hour
Position Type:
Full-time, 12-month, year-round role
