Do you love arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, imaginative play, and helping little ones learn through fun? Jovie of Rochester is seeking a nurturing, creative nanny for a wonderful family with three amazing children! This family values creativity, communication, kindness, and letting kids be kids. They are looking for a nanny who can keep their children safe, happy, and engaged while encouraging curiosity, imagination, and plenty of play.

Rochester, MN Schedule:

Monday and Friday:

8:00 AM - 6:00PM (possible third day to be added)

Start Date:

September 1st, 2026

Pay:

$16.75-19.50/hour based on qualifications

Children:

4-year-old, 2-year-old, and 5-month-old

What You'll Be Doing:

Create fun and engaging activities Encourage outdoor exploration and active play Support creativity through crafts, games, and imaginative play Prepare simple meals and snacks Maintain a safe and positive environment Communicate with parents about the children's day

Family Dynamic:

The children attend a nature-based preschool on Tuesdays and Thursdays and absolutely love exploring the outdoors. While the family enjoys a relaxed approach to schedules, they encourage their nanny to bring fun ideas to the day, whether that's a nature scavenger hunt, sensory activity, craft project, dance party, or backyard adventure. Mom is a physician and may occasionally be sleeping in the home after overnight shifts. Dad is a professor and will typically be away during the day.

Requirements:

At least 18 years old At least 2 years of childcare experience Willing to complete a background screen and reference check Valid driver's license & insurance Strong communication skills Current standard childhood vaccinations required (MMR, Varicella, etc.) Annual flu and COVID vaccinations preferred but not required Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers (Able to confidently care for multiple children) Bonus Perks with
