Company Overview Child's Play of St Cloud MN, Inc. is a 4 Star Parent Aware rated center dedicated to providing exceptional childcare services. Our mission is to create a nurturing and educational environment where children can thrive and develop essential life skills. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team at Child's Play. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging atmosphere for children, supporting their growth and development through play and educational activities. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children in your care Provide nurturing care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting. Manage children's behavior in a positive manner. Maintain a clean and organized environment that supports learning and play. Be able to handle the physical needs of the job, lifting up to 30 lbs., getting up and down from the floor, etc. Full job description available Requirements Experience working in licensed childcare center or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Ability to provide care for infants as well as older children. Excellent communication skills to interact with children and parents effectively. Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
