Blossom Bridge Child Care is opening our second location at 8490 Woodbury Crossing, Woodbury, MN 55125 , and we are looking for a high-caliber Director to lead it. We are looking for a strong educator who is innovative, business-driven, and success-oriented ; a leader who can push the company forward, build a strong team from the ground up, and create a thriving, high-quality program that becomes the go-to childcare choice in the Woodbury area. What You'll Do Lead the successful launch and ongoing operations of our new Woodbury center Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain a high-performing team of educators Drive enrollment growth and operational excellence while maintaining exceptional quality and compliance Build strong relationships with families and the local Woodbury community Oversee daily operations, curriculum implementation, staff development, and administrative systems Champion continuous improvement and innovation in programs and culture Who You Are You hold strong director qualifications and meet (or can quickly meet) Minnesota DHS requirements for a child care center director You have been a childcare director for at least two years You have proven experience leading early childhood programs and building successful teams You are growth-minded, business-savvy, and results-driven.
