Columbia, MO (in person) About the Role Academy of Early Childhood Learning is seeking a dependable and responsible Part‑Time Opener or Closer to support children during the beginning or end of their day. This role works directly with children in ratio and supports daily opening or closing routines in a professional early‑learning environment. This position is ideal for someone who values consistency, responsibility, and teamwork . Year‑round availability is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Supervise children while maintaining proper staff‑to‑child ratios in accordance with Missouri Child Care Licensing requirements Support morning opening or afternoon closing routines Assist with classroom clean‑up, transitions, and reset activities Ensure children are safe, calm, and supported during arrival or end‑of‑day transitions Communicate respectfully and clearly with teachers, families, and leadership Follow all Academy policies and state child care regulations Help maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment This Role Is a
