$19-$21 per hour TLC Family Care is hiring dependable and caring Daycare Childcare Providers, Babysitters, and In-Home Childcare Providers throughout the St. Louis area. Opportunities may include working in daycare/childcare settings or providing in-home childcare for local families , based on availability and assignment needs.

NEWBORN CARE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!

Caregivers with hands-on experience caring for newborns and infants are highly encouraged to apply. Pay & Benefits Weekly direct deposit every Friday $19/hour for 1-2 children $20/hour for 3 children $21/hour for 4 children Paid Time Off (1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked) Free telehealth primary care 401(k) with company match after eligibility Referral bonuses Travel incentives (when applicable) 24/7 caregiver support Schedule We're looking for caregivers who can: Work at least 3 weekdays (Monday-Friday) Be available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Work 8-10 hour shifts Commit for at least 3 months Responsibilities Provide attentive childcare in daycare/childcare settings or family homes Supervise and engage children of various ages Plan fun, safe, and age-appropriate activities Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment Support children's learning and development through play Communicate effectively with parents, families, and childcare staff Follow the routines and care guidelines of each family or childcare setting Qualifications At least 1 year of childcare experience (daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, camp counselor, or similar) Daycare or childcare center experience is highly encouraged Newborn and infant care experience is a PLUS Senior care, adult care, or home care experience is a plus Two professional childcare references CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional, dependable, and caring attitude Bring your childcare experience to a flexible role with opportunities to work in both daycare settings and family homes throughout the St. Louis area.
