Full-Time Nanny TLC Family Care - 4.1 St. Louis, MO Job Details Full-time $1,200 - $1,400 a week 1 day ago Qualifications Residential housekeeping Laundry Food preparation Feeding for children Activity planning for children Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Nanny to provide exceptional care and support for children in a private home setting. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to nurture, educate, and assist children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about child development, highly organized, and proactive in creating a safe, engaging, and loving environment. This position is fully compensated and requires a commitment to the well-being and growth of the children under your care.

August 31, 2026

Children:

6, 1 and baby arriving in Spring of 2027

Compensation:

$1200-$1400/wk

Schedule:

M-F 8am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities Toddler & Infant Care:

Guiding the 21-month-old through meals, diapering, afternoon naps, screen-free play, outings (parks, gymnastics), and upcoming potty training support.

Newborn Transition:

Comfortably managing both a newborn and a toddler simultaneously starting in the spring, including bottle feeding, nap schedules, and multi-child routines.

School-Age Support:

Providing after-school care, coverage during school breaks or sick days, and occasional school pickups for the 6-year-old.

Child-Related Household Help:

Handling kids' laundry, washing bottles/dishes, toy cleanup, and keeping play areas tidy. (The family has a weekly housekeeper, so no heavy cleaning is required. Basic meal prep is a bonus!)

Ideal Candidate Profile Engaged & Active:

Prefers hands-on activities, outdoor play, reading, and creative routines over screen time.

Warm & Patient:

Reliable, flexible, and genuinely passionate about child development and early childhood care.

Experienced:

Background in infant and toddler care, multi-child care, and current infant safety practices.
