A family of seven (soon to be eight) located in Sullivan, MO is seeking a full-time nanny to primarily care for their 15-month-old and newborn (due in November). Their four older children (ages 13, 11, 9, and 7) are in the home part-time and require minimal hands-on care. They are a busy, active household that values structure throughout the week—keeping the children on track with homework, chores, extracurricular activities, and daily routines. Outside of their structured schedule, they deeply enjoy spending quality time together on their 50-acre farm, whether that's playing catch in the field, riding four-wheelers, fishing in the pond, hosting bonfires, or caring for their animals, including horses. This family places a strong emphasis on connection, communication, and emotional awareness. They value raising children who are self-aware, independent, and capable, and they foster open dialogue around expectations, decisions, and personal growth. The family unit is central to their values, and they strive to create an environment where each member feels heard and respected.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, primary care for the 15-month-old and newborn (once arrived), including feeding, dressing, naps, walks, and age-appropriate engagement Maintain children's daily routines, including bottle prep/cleaning, children's laundry, and tidying play areas Assist with light household tasks such as dishes, sweeping, wiping counters, and laundering towels Support the household during evenings when older children are present (Monday, Tuesday, and every other Friday), including helping prepare dinner and reinforcing routines such as homework and chores Assist with school pick-up on select days, as needed

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30

PM Compensation:

$22hr+

Qualifications:

Professional experience caring for infants to school-age children, with references from childcare centers or families you have worked for, excluding friends, family, or coworkers.
