Key Responsibilities Infant Care & Routine:
Provide attentive care for a mobile, crawling infant—following structured nap windows, formula feeding routines, and real-food meal schedules (following allergen-safety guidelines).
Development & Play:
Engage the child in meaningful, screen-free developmental activities (flashcards, interactive reading, independent play, and outdoor exploration). Household Support (During Naptimes): Children's laundry (washing, folding, putting away). Light tidying of play areas, nursery, and meal prep tools. Simple meal prep for the child and developmental activity planning. Travel Companion (Optional/As Needed): Accompany the family on occasional trips to assist with care (all expenses, per diem, and travel hours covered).
Family Preferences & Workplace Culture Educational Background:
Background in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or strong experience preparing children for preschool is highly valued.
