The nanny would typically be needed Monday - Friday, between the hours of 6:00 am - 5:00 pm, for a minimum of 40 hours a week. The hours will depend on the parents' work schedule, which they will know months in advance. Strong communication skills are essential, including maintaining a daily log for naps and feeds and providing text updates and photos throughout the day. The ideal candidate will have strong newborn and infant experience and feel confident maintaining a daily schedule based on the Mom's On Call method. Nanny Responsibilities Include:

Meeting daily scheduling needs of the child (Feeding, Changing, Napping) Engaging with the child on an age-appropriate level Playing with the child both inside and outside the home Doing hands-on learning activities with the child Household Duties Include (Child is first priority): Child's laundry and changing the child's sheets weekly Child's meal prep, including making bottles Unloading/loading dishwasher and sanitizing bottles Wiping down kitchen counters Sanitizing toys and frequently used surfaces by the child Picking up after the child and themselves throughout the day Emptying the diaper pail

Qualifications:
