As a Stretch-n-Grow Coach, you'll visit local preschools and childcare centers, leading engaging 30-minute classes designed to build a lifelong love of fitness and healthy habits. Through imaginative, age-appropriate programming, you'll inspire children to move their bodies, explore their creativity, and discover that exercise can be genuinely fun — one preschool at a time. Our Work Environment Paid training and ongoing continuing education Close-knit, supportive team culture — we're a family Inclusive, welcoming environment Company perks and uniforms provided Youth Fitness Specialist Certification (upon hire) CPR & First Aid Certification (upon hire) Schedule & Compensation Part-time | 5-15 hours per week Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm — hiring immediately No evenings or weekends — ever $17-$20/hour based on experience and credentials 401(k) with matching Flexible schedule — ideal for stay-at-home parents, college students, or those seeking meaningful supplemental income What We're Looking For Energetic and enthusiastic about working with children ages 12 months to 12 years At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance Comfortable commuting to multiple preschool and childcare sites within the territory Must pass a background check Available during both the school year and summer Background in fitness, dance, gymnastics, music, sports, movement, or early childhood education — preferred but not required Prior preschool or childcare experience a plus
