We need someone to be home with him from 3pm-6pm, Monday thru Friday. Responsibilities Supervise child during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Engage children with age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and fun Assist with basic childcare routines such as feeding a snack, etc. Provide support for children with disabilities or special needs by following individualized care plans Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's behavior, activities, and any concerns Qualifications Prior experience in babysitting, nannying, or daycare settings working with children of various ages Knowledge of child supervision best practices and childcare techniques Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both children and parents
