Grow Early Learning is a nationally recognized leader in childcare and early education who is committed to preparing Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers children for success. The Family Child Care Manager's basic function is to oversee the management and operation of Grow Early learning Family Child Care Homes (FCCH). Ensure compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS) and state licensing standards for Family Child Care Homes. Collaborate with other subject matter experts to implement service and system design for Family Child Care Homes.
Education and Experience requirements:
Preferred:
Master's in early childhood education or related field. Three years of experience in early childhood management, state licensing regulations for childcare centers/campuses, and one year of supervisory experience. Family Child Care Homes and Head Start and/or Nonprofit experience preferred. Experience working with Latino community, knowledge of the Latino migrant farmworker culture/lifestyle, Head Start experience, and Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Accepted:
Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field. Five years of experience in early childhood management, state licensing regulations for childcare centers/campuses and one year of supervisory experience. Family Child Care Homes and Head Start and/or Nonprofit experience preferred. Experience working with Latino community, knowledge of the Latino migrant farmworker culture/lifestyle, Head Start experience, and Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
