We are dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive through engaging educational experiences. Job Summary We are seeking energetic and compassionate Child Care Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help promote positive development, behavior management, and early childhood education in our dynamic classroom settings. Duties Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by following proper childcare protocols. Implement classroom management strategies to foster a positive environment conducive to growth. Collaborate with colleagues to plan educational activities aligned with childhood development principles. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is necessary for some positions, but not all. Knowledge of childhood development theories and early education practices required for some positions. Certifications in first aid and CPR are necessary; training to obtain certification is provided. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education is advantageous. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle behavior management effectively is a plus. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with parents. Passion for caregiving, nurturing young minds, and supporting early childhood growth. Pay:
$10.00 - $26.00 per hour
