Benefits 1 week paid vacation 2 sick days 2 personal days 6 major holidays off and paid Responsibilities Provide attentive, hands-on care for both children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate play, structured activities, and consistent routines Foster a fun, engaging environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and early learning Maintain consistent nap schedules and daily structure Diapering, bottle feeding, and assisting with toddler routines Light housekeeping related to the children, including laundry, organizing toys, and tidying common areas Load/unload dishwasher and assist with general household tidying as needed Collaborate openly with parents to maintain consistency in routines and care Requirements Prior professional childcare experience, especially with infants and toddlers Strong understanding of early childhood development Teaching background or experience planning enriching, age-appropriate activities is a strong plus CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation and punctuality Non-smoker Comfortable in a home with a friendly Labrador Able to provide 3-5 professional references
