Job Description
We are hiring Babysitting Support Staff to provide care for infants and children of members utilizing the Health & Wellness facility at the Katz JCC.Schedule flexibility is a must Must be available mornings, nights, and weekends
Additional responsibilities may be added periodically based upon the needs of the fitness and wellness department of the Katz JCC.
Proven ability to work with (lead activities) children of all ages. Proven ability to be active and interact with kids (bending, be on floor, lift babies, equipment, etc.) Ability to work well with others towards a common goal.

Job Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a friendly, clean, presentable, safe, and age-appropriate environment for members utilizing the JCC Childcare facilityInteract and engage the children that are utilizing the JCC Childcare facilityMaintain records with respect to the JCC Childcare Program, (i.e.: attendance list)Maintain appropriate Covid-19 protocols as directed by the JCC, local health department, State Dept. of Health and CDC. Maintain ongoing communication with members (participants) of the Childcare facilityResponsible ensuring that equipment is properly stored, maintained, and cared forAlong with maintenance department provide ongoing maintenance fitness and wellness childcare equipment and facilities. Report unclean conditions, safety hazards and malfunctioning equipmentAssist in the promotion of the fitness and wellness department and integration with other JCC departments to ensure the productive, effective, and efficient operation of the Agency. As a representative of the agency, maintain proper relationships with public for the purpose of promoting the Katz JCC and inter-agency programs.Additional responsibilities may be added periodically based upon the needs of the fitness and wellness department of the Katz JCC.
Requirements:
