Confidential Opportunity:
Center Director An established, high-quality early childhood education center in Mercer County, NJ is seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Center Director to lead our team and continue growing an exceptional program. This is a confidential search. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about early childhood education, committed to building strong relationships with families, and excited to increase enrollment while maintaining the highest standards of care and education.
What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated educators Drive enrollment through community outreach, tours, and exceptional family engagement Build a positive, accountable, and supportive culture for staff Ensure licensing compliance and operational excellence Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and retention Partner with ownership to grow and strengthen the program. Create an outstanding experience for children, families, and employees
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous leadership experience in an early childhood setting (Director or Assistant Director preferred) Has a proven track record of increasing enrollment and retaining familiesIs an exceptional communicator who naturally builds relationships Leads with confidence, accountability, and positivity Is highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Loves developing staff and creating a culture where people thrive Is energetic, self-motivated, and takes ownership
Qualifications:
Director qualifications required under New Jersey licensing regulations Strong knowledge of licensing, curriculum, staffing, and center operations Experience with enrollment growth and community marketing is highly preferred

Pay:
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
