Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one care to clients, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assistance with daily living activities Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the health and well-being of clients Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care Document client activities, progress, and any changes in their condition Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on industry best practices and regulations

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of experience as a babysitter or caregiver Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable) Compassionate and empathetic approach to care Excellent communication and documentation skills
