Manage daily routines including feeding, dressing, bathing, and nap schedules. Engage children with age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to safety protocols. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children as needed. Maintain a clean and organized environment related to childcare activities. Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns. Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary to ensure children's safety. Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through positive interactions. Qualifications Proven experience in private home childcare or nannying roles. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required. Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents. Responsible, reliable, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for children. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining patience and professionalism.
