The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves driving the children back and forth from schools , take them on field trips and keeping the vans in order . Following Nevada driving rules is a must keeping in mind we are transporting young children and ensuring their safety at all times. Responsibilities Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices. Be available for the required school schedule for the transportation Experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Ability to implement behavior management strategies that support positive interactions among children. Excellent communication skills for engaging with both children and parents effectively.
