In this role, you will champion our educational standards, mentor Center Directors and staff, and ensure every location provides a safe, nurturing environment. If you have a strong background in early childhood education and a track record of multi-site leadership, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Supervise, guide, and support Center Directors across all assigned locations. Ensure every facility strictly complies with local licensing regulations and safety standards. Drive enrollment growth, monitor center capacities, and manage regional budgets. Oversee the implementation of high-quality early childhood education curriculums. Foster a positive and collaborative culture for staff, children, and families. Lead hiring, training, and ongoing professional development for center leadership. Step in to resolve escalated operational issues or parent concerns effectively. Qualifications Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven leadership experience managing multiple child care centers or an exceptionally large facility. Thorough knowledge of current childcare licensing requirements and labor laws. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budget management and payroll oversight. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between locations.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
