Requirements:
Previous experience as a babysitter or nanny preferred. Strong understanding of child development and safety practices. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong references from previous families or employers. Genuine love for children and a nurturing demeanor.
