Join Havenova Home Care Solutions as a Baby Sitter/Nanny in Huntington, NY! We are looking for a caring and dedicated individual to provide exceptional childcare and support to families in our community.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities. Prepare meals and snacks for children, ensuring nutritional needs are met. Assist with homework and educational activities to promote learning. Maintain a safe and clean environment for children at all times. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs. Provide transportation for children to and from school or activities as needed. Implement routines and schedules that promote healthy habits. Be a positive role model and mentor for the children in your care.
Requirements:
Previous experience in childcare or as a nanny preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor. Background check clearance required. Flexible schedule to accommodate family needs.
