Nanny

Job Overview We are seeking a warm, energetic, and dedicated Nanny to provide exceptional care and support for children in a nurturing environment. We are seeking an experienced, reliable nanny to care for two children under the age of four. This is a long-term opportunity for someone interested in growing with a family over multiple years. Both parents work from home, and we are looking for a professional caregiver who can confidently and independently manage the children's day. Responsibilities Provide attentive and compassionate care for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures to promote development and creativity Spend time outdoors year-round (park visits, walks, active play) Maintain a clean and organized environment by assisting with light household chores such as cleaning up after activities and tidying play areas Support children with daily routines such as diapering, dressing, bathing, and nap times Collaborate with parents to understand individual needs and provide consistent caregiving aligned with family values Required Qualifications Proven experience working with children in roles such as babysitting, daycare, or nannying; preschool experience is highly valued Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification if not already held COVID-19 and flu vaccination Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Clean driving record Non-smoker Authorized to work in the U.S. Comfortable performing light cleaning duties related to childcare areas Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and guardiansPreferred Qualifications Ideal Candidate Warm, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with young children Dependable and punctual Communicates directly and openly with parents College-educated (background in early childhood education or related field is a plus) Demonstrated ability to engage children's curiosity through hands-on learning and play Organized, proactive, and confident working in a home where parents are present Seeking a stable, long-term position with a family

Schedule:
