Role:
Join Havenova Home Care Solutions as a Baby Sitter/Nanny in Jericho, NY, where you will provide loving and attentive care for children in a nurturing environment. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about child development and want to make a positive impact in families' lives.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities. Prepare meals and snacks for the children. Assist with homework and educational activities. Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children. Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization in play areas. Implement daily routines and schedules. Support emotional and social development through play and interaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a babysitter or nanny is preferred. Strong understanding of child development principles. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Patience, compassion, and a nurturing demeanor. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Willingness to undergo background checks and references.
