Join Havenova Home Care Solutions as a Baby Sitter/Nanny in Lindenhurst, NY, where you will provide nurturing care and support to children in a warm and loving environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about child development and making a positive impact in families' lives.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and loving care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Plan and engage in educational and recreational activities to promote child development. Prepare meals and snacks, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences. Assist with homework and provide tutoring support as needed. Maintain a clean and organized environment for children to play and learn. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs. Manage daily schedules, including transportation to activities and appointments. Provide emotional support and guidance to children, fostering a positive atmosphere.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a nanny or babysitter preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a safe and engaging environment for children. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children. Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling. Background check clearance required. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in child development is a plus.
