Monday-Friday, approx. 30 hrs/week, mornings and early afternoon (e.g., 9am-3pm or 8am-2pm), flexible structure

Mid-September (some flexibility earlier or later) Pets at home: None Travel expected: Not yet confirmed About the Role A warm, thoughtful Tarrytown family is looking for an experienced part-time nanny for their infant daughter. This is the family's first outside childcare hire, and they're looking for someone who can maintain their daughter's consistent, happy routine while bringing genuine warmth and developmental engagement to each day. The neighborhood is very walkable, close to parks, the library, and the Riverwalk. What You Will Do Follow an established feeding and nap schedule closely and consistently Introduce and manage early solids as the baby grows Provide engaging, age-appropriate sensory play and developmental activities Take the baby on walking outings to nearby parks, the library, and Riverwalk Communicate proactively and warmly with first-time parents Schedule and Compensation Part-time, Monday-Friday, approx. 30 hrs/week Mornings and early afternoon (flexible structure) $30-35/hour Long-term placement strongly preferred Requirements Genuine, hands-on infant experience (professional or as a parent) Legally authorized to work in the US Comfortable following a structured routine consistently Comfortable using own vehicle for occasional outings, though not critical day-to-day Strong references demonstrating long-term placement history What We Are Looking For Warm, nurturing, and attentive Organized and detail-oriented Process-oriented and able to follow parental guidance closely Comfortable supporting first-time parents with gentle guidance Long-term mindset Quick Checks Before You Apply Does a Monday-Friday, ~30 hrs/week schedule (mornings/early afternoon) work for you?
