Part time, non-exempt Do you love working with kids? Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our After School Program at our Lee F. Jackson Elementary School location for the 2026-2027 school year.

What Success Looks Like Program Quality:

Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects Healthy Kids Program's model and families consistently choose to re-enroll

Staffing:

The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids

Compliance:

The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day

Inventory:

The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid-week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem

Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13. Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations. Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability. Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.
